Hello everyone,

I am a person who enjoys playing online games, and when I looked around the website Paperio.org. I realized just how little I actually know about these types of games. There are a lot of titles yet unknown to me and some of them are actually pretty damn good. Below is a list of 10 most notable io games I found and a short description about them.

Agar.io

We know that Agar.io was the first .io game to gain massive publicity. Start the game, you need to absorb any little agars you see floating around. The more you absorb, the bigger your petri dish becomes. If you see any other players floating around, you can eat even eat them too! Become the biggest petri dish in the game and swallow everyone who floats in your way.

Slither.io

Following in the successful footsteps of Agar.io, this game is essentially multiplayer snake for the 21st century. Slither around a large map as a cute little snake and collect power-ups to grow longer and larger in this .io game. You aren’t alone, however, as there are also other players roaming around the area. Make sure you don’t run into them or it’s game over! Or, if you’re feeling a bit devilish, you can try tricking others into running into you instead.

Paper.io

Paper.io is an online multiplayer game. This game is created by Voodoo. Paper.io is the game which is watched with interest by millions of people in the recent period. Anyone, regardless of age, can play the game. In this game, you do not need to press a lot of keys to tour around the map, you only occupied land as the result of skillful movements. The game has a notable structure, especially the colors and the swift movements of your character. So your dominance, which is your fingers, must be good. It is a great excitement for you to play this game.

Bonk.io

Bonk io - multiplayer bouncing balls game. it is one of the famous game. With this game, It is can afford eight players at one time. The player can combat with his friends and foes from anywhere in the world. If you want to win the game you have to push your enemies to the borders. The last man who survives wins the game.
Try to withstand all the difficulties, obstacles, traps and survive in the world of "physics -pong"!.

Splix.io

Splixio is another super fun-addicting IO game with retro style and simple rules that you can play for hours! The main goal is to conquer as much territory on the map as possible and become the biggest of all players! You start with a small area which you have to expand more and more during the game. To add new territories to your base, you need to close them with the colored line. Conquered territory will be painted the same color as your line. You can also steal already occupied territories from other players and add them to your base, but be careful they might want to take some of your lands as well or even kill you.

Shellshock.io

Shellshock.io is a first-person shooter game in which you play as an egg and go full Rambo on your enemies. You’ll have tons of guns at your disposal, and if you die, you can respawn after a few seconds.

Hole.io

Hole.io is the online arcade game, it is a bit similar to Agar.io, however, it is made in 3d graphics and with interesting additions that make the game much more interesting.

In Hole.io you are competing against other players for a limited time, and the goal is to become the biggest player in the arena. The sole objective in this game is to suck as many things into your black hole just so you can grow it. The arena you'll be playing in is filled with plenty of buildings, moving vehicles, mailboxes, and trees that you can gobble up, but be careful! Other, larger black holes might go after you and gobble your black hole up instead! At the end of the day, the player with the highest bulk, and hence, score, will win the game.

Vertix.io

Vertix.io is another very unique IO game where the goal is to work as a team in order to beat the enemy faction. It’s essentially a 3rd person multiplayer shooter with a retro-ish look. Indeed, the pixel graphics make playing this game a walk down the memory lane. It also resembles Wolfenstein 3D in some aspects, but maybe it’s just me.

Narwhale.io

A Narwhal is a medium-sized toothed whale indigenous to the Arctic sea. Because their tusk resembles a horn, some people jokingly call them the Unicorns of the sea. In Narwhale.io your role as a Narwhal is to kill your enemies using nothing but your sharp tusk.

As you can see from the screenshot above, someone was just cut in half by the opponent. This is a truly unique game and a great addition to the IO games family.

Hordes.io

Hordes.io, unlike most other io games, is a 3D browser-based MMO. The player can take up a role as a healer, tank or one of DPS classes and fight the enemy team.

In many ways, this game resembles Minecraft in MultiPlayer mode. You have the characters made out of blocks and grasslands reaching the horizon. However, the ground textures look way better than in Minecraft when you play using the default texture set.

The .io games have spread across the internet. I have already written many reviews and articles about these games in the past and today I found that the Paperio.org made a website that lists all io games in one place. Very skillful! You can play them right now!
