Plant Based Diet for Kids

Today we thought to make something different for your breakfast or launch. Kids are getting bored eating daily food and snacks which we cook for them as per Megan menu chat. So we decide to make something different that kids also like to eat. We decide to make something little bit sweetness and healthy food for kids. So we deciding to make fresh fruit salad for kids. As fruits are favorite of all kids, we are hoping kids will go like this fresh fruit salad. As we all know all the fruits we eat in our day to day life all are plant-based, so we are going to use same to make fruit salad as it is the perfect plant-based diet for kids. Kids are also gone like to eat fruit salad, and fruit salad is good for health. Fruit salad is everyone favorite. We can also eat fruit salad at breakfast or lunchtime. Fruit salad is very light food and good for health as it contains all needful nutrients which every want to feed there kids in lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The fruit salad is very easy to make it’s with just 3 types of ingredients fruits which are, lemon juice, a little bit of salt as per your taste if you like then only you can add or you can also have it without salt.  But the combination of salt is good, you should try it.

Ingredient:

·         3 Kiwis

·         14 Strawberries

·         1 mango

·         1 tbsp of lemon juice

·         Salt (optional)

You can easily get these fruits in the market or if you are one who loves to shop online then these fruits are easily available in the online shopping market.

Process:

·         Now first peel off the fruits and chop it in small pieces, after that add them a bowl and fix it well.

·         After that add lemon juice in fruit salad and mix it well, after that you can also add a salt and mix it well.

·         After that sealed it with the container and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours

After that, you can serve these fresh fruit salad for your kids, and you can also eat these fruit salad. The fruit salad is very easy plant-based meal plans for everyone.  It doesn’t take much more time and it’s really very tasty and healthy for your kid’s health and you too. And kids also like to eat these fruit salad. This salad will be definitely your family’s favorite salad. They will love this light and salty salad.
