There are 3 tips for choosing the right conductive foam for your electronics packaging.

Conductive foam for electronic packaging, conductive foam has the properties of low density, good tensile strength, small cell, permanent conductive function, low friction, electrostatic attenuating time is short, and not be influenced by environment.

Surface resistivity is 10^3-10^6Ω, and the thickness can be adopted by the customer's requirements or made into diferent packaging boxes which are suitable for all kinds of high precision electronic products for packaging or turnover.

It's quite important for choosing the right and suitable conductive foam for your electronics.there are some tips below for your reference.

1.foam surface resistance value.  testing the foam surface, section of the foam. which meet your requests.

2.Take care about the foam surface, different electronics have different requests for the foam surface. if you want it be smooth , choose the Conductive PE foam or the Conductive EVA foam. If not too strict at the surface, choose the EPE foam.

3.Hardness, for the foam, the hardness is different with different density. choose the right one to your electronics. Usually the EVA foam PE foam are harder than the EPE foam and PU foam

Above for your reference when you choose the right foam.
