Over Speed Accidents __ Isn’t It a Crime?

Six members of a family were killed in a road accident. The incident happened on M9 Motorway near Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan. Cause was over-speed. The vehicle, carrying those poor family members, was taking them from Karachi to Nawabshah and over-speed caused that vehicle to collide head-on with a truck. Six members belonging to a same family died on the spot, two were injured badly in the deadly road crash and were facing the death point closest to them. The incident suspended traffic on M9 motorway for a couple of hours causing others trouble and worry too. What will be the time, when these people who are in a habit of over-speed, would cease all this? Until when the poor passengers will keep facing the loss of their lives and family due to the fault of drivers who are always in a hurry like they are going to water a fire? When will these over-speeders care about the loss and lives of people? What is the fault of the poor people boarding a vehicle as well as the others who get injured, wounded or face death when a vehicle hits them in over-speed? Will the government ever take step to eliminate this crime or not?
