How to Solve Sending & Receiving Yahoo Emails Issues?

  • Check for Typos: - Before sending email, check the email address you have entered in “To” field.
  • Check Draft   Folder: - All the unsent email automatically placed to the “Draft” if emails have not been sent.

Step 2: - Ask the receiver to check their email account: -

  • Check Spam Folder: - Tell him/her to check the email spam folder. Maybe your email has been sent to that folder.
  • Blocked Address List: - Make sure that the recipient has not unknowingly added your Yahoo email address to his Blocked email address list.
  • Filters: - Ask the recipient to check another folder that “Inbox” as well as “Filters” can redirect your email in case of anything matching keyword.

Step 1: - Check your Account for any errors: -

Login to your Yahoo email account and send an email to yourself. If you face any error, try to fix that and if you are not facing any problem then your account is perfectly fine.
