What do the doers do as part of a Six Sigma project team? Well, there is enough and more for the team members to do. Mentoring is one of the most critical aspects of this role and one really needs to hone this skill if they want to make their projects successful.

You are eligible to go through green and black belt programs when you gather some required experience. You will also need to display the work you have done as part of Six Sigma projects and showcase the knowledge and skills you managed to implement. Both these programs are short duration programs and can be done in different modes, both online and onsite.
