List of Jaggery Based ladoos

It is considered that sugar is not good for health and produce bad fat. However, excess consumption of anything is not good. But sweet craving is such you can’t ignore and suppose if you get a food component to replace the sugar then you can maintain your health and taste together.

Here is the list of some ladoos which you can make using jaggery and keep your health and taste together.

Thambittu:- This is a traditional dish of Karnataka which is made in most of the festivals. Though there are various ways to make this recipe, the simple main ingredients which are required are fried gram / Roasted Chana, Ghee, Coconut, Jaggery and sesame seeds. These easy to make sweet recipe takes only 25 minutes and delivers superb taste.

Badam Laddu:- Loaded with energy, nutrition and health benefits, these are the great snacks to have. You can make this at home for your kids or pack ion tiffin box. These can be made using jaggery and sugar as well. Try these at home, you will love them for sure.

Ragi Ladoo:- Again, these are healthy, easy to make and tasty as ever which are made using finger millet (Ragi) Flour. Ragi itself considered as healthy food component and the recipe is also too easy to make.

Poha Ladoo:- Poha means “Flatten rice”. This is the traditional dish which is made at the time of Krishna Janmashtami as it is believed that poha is one of the loved food by Lord Krishna. You can also use brown poha too which are high in iron and fiber.

Walnut Ladoo:- This is the perfect example of fewer ingredients and double nutrition. They are filled with nutrition and made using only three ingredients. Though people like walnut a lot, but still if you’re kids refrain themselves from having walnut than you can share these ladoos with them. And they are going to love them sure.

Coconut Oats Ladoos / Oats Dry Fruits Ladoos :- These healthy ladoos are special as they are made using oats. If you like to add oast in your diet then this is going to be the best option for you.
