For those who are willing to immigrate obstacles galore. It is where there is a need for Miami immigration attorney who can handle the application mitigating the chances of rejection. But will you hire just any attorney? How should you ascertain that you are with the best? Here are some questions that you need to ask before hiring an immigration attorney:

Question-1: What credentials do you have?

The lawyers must have graduated from a law school and should be in good standing with their bar association to which they belong to.  You should explicitly ask the immigration lawyer, where he has got his degree from.  Then you should make efforts to ensure that the lawyer is genuine.  If you can find the bar association website, then you should be checking the details about the lawyer on the site.

Question-2: For how many years have you been serving the client?

Even the most educated lawyer needs to have experience with clients.  The number of years in experience can make a massive difference to the immigration lawyer’s ability to represent the case.  So it makes sense to ask the lawyer about the years of experience he has in the Canadian immigration law.

Question-3: Which kind of cases have you handled so far?

Every immigration case is unique, and drawing parallel of one case from the other is usually tricky. But if you have a personal cause of concern in the case, then it is better to ask your immigration lawyer if he has experience in the cases like yours. In this way, you can rest assured about the experienced handling of the case.

Question-4:  What is the fee? How will it be charged?

The immigration lawyer whom you have contracted the work should provide a contract which explains how much you should be paying and what all services you are going to get. In the contract, there should be a schedule of the payment as well to make sure that there is confusion when you are going to make the payment. But there are many kinds of fee that may not be there in the contract.  For instance,  government processing fee or the courier fee on actuals may have to be paid by you.
