Architecture

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Architecture is based on science and its core is art. Well-designed buildings not only serve those who use them. They are also works of art that help define the towns in which they live. Architecture design and landscape architecture are include in this major.
As a building professional, you will learn how to work with others and imagine buildings, from straw houses to the tallest skyscrapers. With the technical knowledge you've learned in courses in construction and building materials, you'll learn what you need to do to implement these technologies.
Architecture students are ready to become professional architects. Architecture courses include mathematics (including geometry, algebra, trigonometry, and calculus), science (probably physics and engineering), statistics, computer science (especially 3D modeling and linear programming), and architecture art (such as painting and art history) ).
As an architecture student, you attend a design studio course almost every semester. In these courses, you will apply what you have learned in other courses in a practical practice environment. The teacher will assign a project with specific requirements and you will spend a lot of time designing your structure.
Architecture is a mixture of art, science, mathematics, and business, so it requires you to have a strong background in a variety of subjects.
Possible career paths for architectural graduates include becoming an architect, urban planner, civil engineer, carpenter, architect, mechanical engineer, set designer or surveyor.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN?
Architecture and design are closely related. The main difference between them is the way we face. Buildings are oriented towards strategy, structure, and purpose, towards abstraction. Design is for implementation and practice, oriented towards specifics.
Most designers and architects do both kinds of work. But most people describe themselves as "designers" or "architects" in the way they most often face. So we will pay more attention to the difference between designers and architects.
Architecture and design are essential. When the architecture and design are both in use and properly balanced, we may only get a proper, useful, and maintainable solution.
One of the reasons why a good architect is relatively rare is that in order to work better, the architecture must cover an ever-wider range of links and more and more areas, but still rely on the immediacy of everyday practice. Designers only need to focus on the single task at hand.
A good architect will know how to identify, use and respect their skills. Good architecture is about making sure we do the right thing.
The architecture limits the scope of the architecture to a predefined range. It brings the architectural discussion closer to usability but still requires an excessive "more advanced" architecture to link it to other domains. In a business environment, this is the correct meaning of "enterprise architecture" as the architecture of the entire enterprise - not just enterprise IT. By definition, architectural skills can cover almost any range and are therefore not suitable for simple certification. And having an architectural degree ensures that you have the relevant qualifications and continue to work in this area.
