Continuing education purpose and goals

The courses take a different route. In a room listening to a lecture and taking notes is of no use rather an interactive discussion with your instructor and fellow classmates to comprehend the solid, deeper aspects of the course is quintessential. The students of Maryland real estate ce, are engaged from beginning to the end as per the demand of the course from time to time. The Academy is approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission and it provides for the following:

 Classroom courses

An approved provider of the schedule can verify that the course is approved to renew an MD real estate license; learn the provider's policy, approved topic, title, hours and; be sure you accept all conditions before enrolling. The CE provider at the beginning and end of the course monitored attendance by a sign in/out sheet. ALL electronic devices must be switched off; also, unrelated reading material during the course was not allowed to be brought. Students must be present during the offering time otherwise no certificate is given when a student arrives late, leaves early, not physically present or steps out to answer a phone call. For one session of a 6-hour offering, no 3-hour credit of partial nature is allowed. The provider resolves disputes about registration fees, cancellation or refund policies and not the Commission.

Steps for violators

Instructors cannot promote their company, gain business advantage, solicit or hold drawings, collect business cards, or interrupt class time for food intake. Violators should be reported to MREC. Certificates with the course number identified must be given at the end of the session or mailed at a later date. There are random audits by MREC and failure to comply or respond may result in disciplinary charges.
