After the phenomenal victory of India in the recently concluded series against West Indies which consisted of 2 Tests, 3 T20Is and 5 One Day Internationals, cricket fans are now waiting to see Hitman Rohit Sharma in India’s Tour of Australia which will be starting from 21 November with its first T20I.

Hitman performed his best in the recently concluded series, he not only scored tons of runs for India but also lead Team India in absence of Skipper Virat Kohli.

After the last and the final T20I against West Indies, India’s stand-in skipper in limited-overs format Rohit Sharma is going to New Zealand to play the first four-day game between India A and New Zealand A which starts on November 16.

This game will be very crucial for Rohit as it will act as a criterion to judge whether Rohit will be a part of the playing XI in the Test series against Australia or not which is starting from December 6.

Former Indian Pacer Zaheer Khan said that Rohit might miss the first T20I against Australia in a three-match T20I series which is starting from November 21 at The Gabba, Brisbane. The pacer further added that the travel does make a player tired and consumes a lot of energy.

The first-class game between India A and New Zealand A is to be played from November 16 to November 19 whereas India vs Australia series will start from November 21. So the travel time and tiredness could have a significant impact on Rohit.

Some members of the India ‘A’ squad have already left for New Zealand along with coach Rahul Dravid. To get more latest updates and today match prediction of forthcoming series, stay connected with Cricadium.
