Despite the absence of India’s Premier players, Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni from the Twenty20 International series against the West Indies where Team India clinched the three-match T20I series 3-0 by defeating the West Indies.

Prasad mentioned that Rishabh Pant has been picked as a specialist batsman and Dhoni is still the number one choice as the wicket-keeper. Dhoni is also not part of the T20I squad for the Australia tour.
