As you know snacks time is our family time which most of love to had with family and if you are one who loves or one who follow Plant-Based Family food and snacks but you run sort with types of snacks then I will help you with names of snacks you can prepare for your family and kids also, I will help you with Ingredients require to make and way how to cook. If you follow the same way you will get compliments and Appreciation as it will give awesome taste to your family members and kids.

Ø  Vegan Carrot liquid oxygen: To cook this you need to Carrot, a variety of rich, naturally fermented soy sauce, Liquid Smoke and Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning. To serve this food you need bagels, English muffins or toast, vegan cream cheese, Tomato, Onion.

How to cook: Preheat your oven up to 400°. Use a knife or device for removing the skin from carrot. Place in a bowl and toss with tamari, liquid smoke, and seasoning. Once all cooked you can put that in muffins or toast to serve them.

Ø  ACrisp Biscuit Baked: This is Gluten free crisp biscuit baked in the form of a knot or stick and flavored with salt.Warm water in that Add Dry Active Yeast, coconut sugar, psyllium husk powder with warm water and mix, once its mix properly sits for few minutes to thicken. While Mixing make sure you also Add baking powder, salt, Oil and maple syrup.

How to cook: Once your dough is ready you need to make a long thin strip and then put in the preheated oven which is up to 400° and bake it for 20 – 22 minutes and once it’s ready you can serve that with vegan sous.

Ø  Herb and Potato Salad: You can take a potato and cut in fingerling. Then Add virgin olive oil, fresh parsley leaves, with an aromatic annual herb of the parsley family, with fine blue-green leaves and yellow flowers. The leaves or seeds are used for flavoring and for medicinal purposes, Add Dijon Mustard, diced shallot, Lemon Juice, salt and pepper, and on top of that radishes, thinly sliced with chopped to parsley and the dill.

How to Cook: Put Potato with salt in a pot and boil them for 6 to 8 minutes. Once it boiled cut into Fingerling, till then steams the other ingredients and keep it aside. Once we are done with that blend parsley and dill with Dijon mustard, lemon juice, shallot, and olive oil on high speed and make sure it gets to mix all properly and then put that in potato as per your need and then add salt and pepper as per your taste and mix all together.
