There are a lot of things that we miss out when it comes to learn about visa. If you do not go through any meticulous description about it then you eventually lack the main points and you remain unaware. Different visa demands different documents and requirements. Don’t you want to stay like other native British people in UK? You definitely can have that opportunity to stay in UK without restriction in study and job with your spouse of different national by just applying UK partner visa. It will give you the chance to bring your spouse to UK. You can do that under two rules. If you are the applicant then your spouse has to be of British national or has to hold ILR visa UK or any right to stay in UK.

Initially, of course, it is issues for two and half years but later on after completion of 5 continuous years you can apply for permanent British citizenship as you have completed total 5 year time span.

Criteria

  1.        You have to produce marriage certificate in order to show that you and your spouse are lawful husband wife.
  2.        You have to prove that up-coming years you two will be staying with each other as marital partners.
  3.        For some security purpose they will ask for some details of income from both of you.

There are other certain ways to apply for this visa

  1.        You can be married or in a long term relationship with someone who holds ancestry visa.
  2.        You can be married or in a relationship for long time with someone having student visa.
  3.        You partner can be in a work permit.

For EEA permanent residency there are ways to get this before 5 years of time span. What are they?

  1.        In any case of ceasing the work you will be under the permanent incapacity so that way you can get it.
  2.        If you reach the age of pension then also you can get a way of having this for sure.  But you have work at least for 1 year in UK so that you can have the chance of getting this.
  3.        If you take early retirement after working for at least continuous 1 year then also you are eligible of getting it before 5 years of completion of the visa duration.
