Cheese Chicken Kebab: An Apt Dish For Weight Loss

Try this mouthwatering & yummy Cheese Chicken Kebab dish, that is made with mozzarella cheese, chicken breasts, a melange of spices and eggs. The Fusion dish is shallow-fried & low on carbs & is an apt dish for those who are on the weight loss spree.

Ingredients for Cheese Chicken Kebab:

  • chicken breasts - 200 gm
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella - 2 cup
  • curd (yoghurt) - 3 cup
  • ginger paste - 2 tablespoon
  • chana dal - 1/2 cup
  • garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
  • green cardamom - 5
  • salt as needed
  • Peppercorns - 10
  • fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  • coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • green chilli - 2 teaspoon
  • caraway seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1 1/2

How to prepare Cheese Chicken Kebab:

Step 1) Initially, clean chicken breasts under the running water & pat them dry. Then, put them on a chopping board & cut them in cubes of around two-inches each. Then, grate the cheese in a vessel & keep beside. Now, grind the cardamoms to prepare a perfect powder.

Step 2) Now, drop green chillies & water in a blender & blend properly to make a good paste. Also, crush the peppercorns & keep them beside. In a meantime, put a frying vessel on a moderate flame & dry roast chana dal into it. When done, allow it to cool. Then, grind the dal to prepare a good powder.

Step 3) Then, bring a vessel & drop caraway seeds, eggs, green chilli paste, cardamom powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, roasted chana dal powder, yoghurt and cream & combine them properly.

Step 4) Now, drop salt, grated cheese & crushed peppercorns & mix one more time. Drop the chicken cubes into the vessel & coat the cubes properly. Allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes & when done, put the slices in the skewers.

Step 5) Put a frying vessel on a moderate flame & pour the oil into it. When the oil is sufficiently hot, put the skewers on the vessel. Fry the chicken cubes till becomes golden in the colour. Garnish & serve!
