The Advantages of an Ozone Generator

Many pool owners desire to reduce the use of substances to clean their pool. Some turn to a salt-water system but one solution to consider is changing to an ozone system, which can be just as efficient as other chemicals.

Pool Ozone Generatorsuch as Janay Chlorine Generator can lower the use of chemicals in the pool. Other same brands such as Pentair Chlorine Generator and Pentair Aboveground Salt Generator

are operated by gas. It can be just as efficient as a diving pool water system at both oxidizing and cleaning and is considered an eco-friendly substitute. Some people find that they are understanding of chemicals and get skin discomfort from diving in chemical handled diving pools, and an ozone system means less chemicals in the pool. Sometimes, a bit of chemical is required in addition to the Pentair Intellichlor, but reducing the quantity is a noticeable difference. You should seek advice from a diver to know the proper balance your pool need.

This kind of generator uses ozone gas, a form of fresh air, to clean the pool. However, why stop using diving pool water just to substitute it all with another chemical? Well, because it is in a gaseous state, ozone continues roughly 15 seconds in the water before it gets to the outer lining area and reduces. The system is designed to deal with the pool's tube system rather than the water. There are two main types of ozone generators: ultra violet light techniques and corona release techniques.

Ultraviolet light techniques uses neon light to create ozone very similar to the way the sun does normally. Corona release is a more recent technology than the ultra violet light system. The "corona" is a field that is made by calming a charge over a dielectric surface.

There are benefits and drawbacks to each. Corona tissues can last up to ten years and can generate higher variety of ozone, which overall, is more affordable. The quality of the ozone is also more pure, significance that it will not generate other harmful fumes as a by-product. They also are generally smaller and easier to put in no matter what type of pool you have.

UV ozone techniques generate a compact sized power ozone, somewhere around 10% less than corona techniques. In addition, more power is needed to run methods. The lights used on it require alternative, so the system needs to be modified more than corona techniques.
