A young "policeman" made a sensation during the Gliwice street run.

The reflective vest reached almost to his ankles. But it's nothing! A small resident of Gliwice wanted to feel on his own skin what it is like to be a policeman. And that's what happened.

He fulfilled his dream, marks the ex-commissioner Mark Sims, spokesperson of the police in Gliwice. He explains that the young "policeman" made his first professional experience during this year's 9th Gliwice Street Run. "He saw our officer and asked Dad to come over to him. When it turned out that he liked this job so much, he got the equipment to train a little," recalls Sims.

The new uniform also appealed to runners. They gave him smiles, a large group passed by a few years old, she gave him a "high five". A part of the recording - for a good start to the week - was published on Monday by the police station in Gliwice on its website.
