During the call, Kyle should focus on selling the benefit of using Roehl as one of its transportation suppliers. Kyle can say how the use of his transportation services can help cut cost, reduce time, and also increase profits. During the phone call, Kyle should participate more in listening and less in talking so that the two can have a conversation and build a relationship with the prospect.
