Of the most famous and popular places that have been a source of tourist attraction, Hoi an has been included in the list of the most liked and preferred one.

Hoi an is a place in Vietnam which is located on its central coast. Hoi an’s former name was Faifoo and it has been a source of tourist attraction for so many years now and no, the hype isn’t without any reason. There are so many reasons why Hoi an is known and why it is considered one of the places that must be visited especially if one visits Vietnam. However, the most appreciable thing about this place is its people. The people are super humble and laid back with their simple lifestyles. They are welcoming towards the tourists which is why people loving visiting the place.

WHY SHOULD ONE VISIT HOI AN VIETNAM:
Below are some of the reasons of why one should visit Hoi An Vietnam and also thee reasons of why it is known and holds so much importance for the purpose of tourism.
It’s tourism particularly increased after it was awarded with the UNESCO WHS award.

HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE:
-Hoi An vietnam has been known for its beautiful sights. It is basically known for its anciet and preserved spots, buildings and places. This place holds historical importance as it has been known for about 2000 years. Having immense historical importance, this place holds the rank of being the major port of Cham kingdom having control over the spice trade with countries like Indonesia.

-If you want to get the taste of the typical Vietnam culture or the Hoi an’s culture, then this place must not be missed. It holds cultural importance and its diverse culture is beautiful and mind refreshing.

-OLD TOWN:
Everything apart but if you are in Vietnam, then missing old town would be foolish. Old town is also knownn as the ‘’heart’’ of the city. Its well made Chinese styled shophouses just take you back into history. The chinese professional architecture is still preserved in this town hence the name, ‘’old town’’. Well made roads are also a source of attraction. The basic and main thoroughfare of Old Town is Tran Phu.

-THE BEACHES:
The marvelous beaches just can not be ignored. The different spots at which one can relax under the fully shinning sun are a source of leisure and enjoyment as well. Beaches such as Cua Dai and An Bang Beach have been famously known.  Hoi an has the most crowded beaches. You can visit to the islands and see different views and villages as well as temples. The beauty is endless and you would love to spend a quality time at the beach.

-Pool views:
Okay so the places such as Phu Thinh Boutique resorts have beautiful little pools having colorful and blossoming flowers around the pool that just help you stay in close contact with the nature as well as providing you a quality time in the pool while you are at the resort. To avoid all the noises, you can go for pool view rooms which can help you relax and yes, see your mental health improve in the most comfortable and stunning environment which is refreshing at the same time. Once you are done visiting other places, rest in no other place other than the Jasmine spa. It is the little things that make the bigger picture.

-The Food:
And well the amazingly tasting, yummy food serves as a cherry on top. Many of the dishes that it offers have an ancient history since the 17th century and are still enjoyed by the tourists which come from different parts of the world. Some of the very famous foods include,

These dishes have a very unique taste and there are especially made restaurants offering these dishes. The best part about it is that the food despite the heavenly taste and mouth watering odour, have really affordable and cheap prices which can be very helpful especially if you are a tourist. So, enrich your taste buds with the most perfect food that will make your appetite increase just through its smell.

-The Lantern Test:
This is a very interesting event which is performed every 14th day of the lunar month. The sky looks super beautiful as the visitors light the paper lanterns and instead of letting them float into the air, tend to let them float into the river water. The beautiful lights are reflected from upon the river water looking as if all the stars have been entrapped into the river water lighting it up.

-White Rose Dumpling:
It is definitely said that what keeps people coming back to Hoi an again and again is the white rose dumpling. The soft fried garlic along with the white rice pockets are everything that your taste buds will need. The addition of peanuts tend to add into the taste. You’ll want to get a taste of this again and again and it will leave you licking your fingers.
