They are made entirely of 304 stainless steel, including the valves, and all the gaskets are high temperature tolerant platinum cured silicone. The entire lid is removable and the inside is mirror polished, making this stainless steel fermentation tank very easy to clean. This stainless steel fermenter there are two 1.5" tri-clover ferrules for attaching the drain and racking valves (both included). On the top, there is one 1.5" tri-clover ferrule for attaching an airlock or blow-off valve. Also included are two 1.5" tri-clover to 3/4" hose barb connectors. As you can see in the pictures, one of them is straight and one of them is a 90-degree elbow. You can use these on whichever connectors you want, but they were intended to be attached to the racking valve (to minimize oxidation in your final product) and the vent port on top (for a blow-off tube). Included with this stainless steel fermenter: 2x stainless steel valves with 1.5" tri-clover connectors on each side 1x 1.5" tri-clover to 3/4" hose-barb adapter plate 1x 1.5" tri-clover to 3/4" hose-barb 90 degree elbow adapter plate 5x 1.5" tri-clover clamps and gaskets 1x 1.5" plate for side port.
