Rahu is more mighty than Ketu and Saturn is significantly more potent than Mars. These also act in tandem to one another, which means if one is increasing the adverse signification in one house then the other will be increasing the degree of the adverse signification of the other house where it's put.

For Scorpio ascendant Rahu is placed in Aquarius house (likeminded sign) whereas Ketu is put in a fiery signal (Likeminded sign).
