Head of Debt Capital Markets: Jeffrey H. Glasse. Mr. Glasse joined Aegis Capital in 2011 and is Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets, providing financing and transaction advisory services to public and private companies. Mr. Glasse has over 25 years of experience in the leveraged finance and debt markets, arranging growth and acquisition capital, restructuring and refinancing debt for middle market companies, managing large syndicated corporate loan financings, and building/managing loan trading businesses. Prior to Aegis, Mr. Glasse was Head of U.S. Loan Trading at Barclays Capital, TD Securities, and Fieldstone Capital Group. Collectively, Mr. Glasse’s teams have led over 400 loan financings raising over 0 billion for corporate clients and received numerous top-tier rankings.

Mr. Glasse is active in the loan market community and has served as a Board of Directors Member of its primary trade association, the LSTA. Mr. Glasse has an MBA from Columbia University, and a BA in Economics from Hampshire College. He holds FINRA Series 24, 79, 7 and 63 licenses.

Heads of Insurance Services: Joseph La Scala. Sr. Managing Director, Head of Insurance Operations. As Head of Insurance Operations, Joe has the responsibilities of running the day to day operations of Aegis General Agency, overseeing the implementation of its growth initiatives and assisting is agents in arranging for the proper coverage’s for their clients. Joe’s deep understanding of the nuances of the insurance industry, as well as his attention to detail help our clients devise sound and comprehensive risk management strategies. Additionally, Joe is Sr. Managing Director of Aegis Capital Corp. where he caters to retail and institutional customers. Prior to joining Aegis, Joe was the Co-Founder and CEO of Acumen Investment Services and Acumen Insurance Services, leading independent firms in the financial and insurance industries. Joe attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY, where he played Division I baseball and golf, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He received a Masters in Business Administration in 2007 from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY and is currently a candidate for CFP certification. He has been quoted by several well respected financial publications including The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Joe currently maintains the following licenses: FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 24 & 4 and Life/Accident/Health Insurance.

Joseph Giordano: As Senior Compliance Officer for Aegis General Agency, Joe oversees the overall compliance program of the firm. Whether working with the agents on training and licensing, or working with the firm’s management team in keeping them abreast of the ever changing compliance landscape, Joe’s role is essential to the firm’s success and of carrying out our goal of always keeping the client first. Joe has a deep and extensive background in the compliance field as he has served as regional supervisor for some of the nation’s largest independent broker/dealers. At one time, Joe had over 500 registered representatives and regional mangers reporting to him. Joe has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been a guest speaker at national compliance conferences during that time. Joe currently maintains the following licenses: FINRA Series 7, 63, 62, 24 & 4 and Life/Accident/Health Insurance

Investment Banking Team: Edward Tsuker, Head of Investment Banking, Mr. Tsuker have spent more than 18 years in investment banking and corporate finance, servicing emerging growth, small cap, and middle market companies specializing in life sciences, healthcare, technology, energy, metals and mining. Prior to joining Aegis Capital in 2010, Mr. Tsuker held senior management positions with Knight Capital Group and Maxim Group LLC. where he was responsible for structuring, closing, and participating in over 300 equity offerings. Throughout his employment at the above mentioned institutions he was responsible for raising more than billion for emerging growth companies.

Michael Fenton Managing Director: Global Equity Capital Markets, Mr. Fenton joined Aegis Capital as Managing Director of Global Equity Capital Markets in 2018. Mr. Fenton has been in the securities industry for over 24 years where he has facilitated in excess of two billion dollars in capital markets transactions. After beginning his career at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Fenton was an equity partner during his seven years at Gilford Securities. Most recently, he helped lead the capital markets team at Maxim Group where he was integral in the growth of the institutional coverage.

Scott E. Madison Director: Global Equity Syndicate, Mr. Madison joined Aegis Capital Corp. in 2015 and serves as an integral member of the Global Equity Capital Markets team. Since joining Aegis, Mr. Madison has helped to facilitate in excess of one billion in capital markets transactions as Lead Manager, Co-Manager or as a Syndicate Member. His current position in Global Equity Capital Markets allows him to deliver high-quality strategic advice and investment solutions to his institutional clients globally. His focus has been primarily on raising capital for small and mid-cap private/public companies, investing in Initial Public Offerings and secondary offerings. Prior, Mr. Madison worked on the Interest Rates Sales and Trading desk at Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Madison is a Series 7 and 63 Licensed Registered Representative.

Zander Rosenbluth: Senior Vice President, Global Equity Capital Markets, Mr. Rosenbluth joined Aegis Capital Corp. in 2018. He has extensive experience in fundamental long/short equity research and analysis, idea generation, and shareholder activism. Prior to joining Aegis, Zander was an analyst at Lone Star Value Management.

Private Equity: Adam K. Stern, Chief Executive Officer - SternAegis Ventures, Adam Stern has built his career around his passion for innovation and his entrepreneurial spirit. Formerly Senior Managing Director at Spencer Trask Ventures, Mr. Stern has more than 25 years of venture capital and investment banking experience focusing primarily on the life science and technology sectors of the capital markets. Mr. Stern has completed over 100 transactions throughout his career, including private placements, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions, with an aggregate value in excess of a billion dollars. Mr. Stern has led private and public financings for a wide variety of companies. Mr. Stern currently serves as a Director of Dance Biopharm, Inc., and Matinas BioPharma Holdings, Inc.. He is a former Director of InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp., Organovo Holdings, Inc., Prolor Biotech, and Labstyle Innovations Corporation. In 2013, Prolor was acquired by OPKO Health, Inc. for over 0 million. Mr. Stern was Senior Managing Director at Spencer Trask Ventures from 1997 to 2012 and was at Josephthal & Co.from 1989 to 1997, most recently as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Private Equity Marketing. Mr. Stern has been a FINRA licensed securities broker since 1987, General Securities Sales Supervisor since 1991 and a General Securities Principal since 1999.

Research Our Analysts: Victor Anthony, Managing Director – Internet/TMT, Victor Anthony covers the Internet/TMT sector as an Analyst and Managing Director at Aegis Capital. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director at Axiom Capital Management Inc., where he focused on the Internet sector. Prior to that, he covered Internet and Media stocks at Topeka Capital Markets, Lazard Capital Markets, and at Bear Stearns. Prior to that, Mr. Anthony served as a Regional Manager of Medical Economics at Cigna Healthcare and a Senior Analyst at Group Health Inc’s Actuarial department. Mr. Anthony has an MBA from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from Temple University.

Rommel T. Dionisio Managing Director – Equity Research, Managing Director, Equity Research, Rommel Dionisio brings over 20 years of experience covering consumer goods stocks on the sell side. He has been awarded eight times by the annual Thomson Reuters/Starmine analyst ranking, is a three-time Wall Street Journal All-Star analyst, and was twice awarded by the Forbes Top Analyst poll. Mr. Dionisio was previously a sell-side analyst at Merrill Lynch, Wedbush Morgan, and Wunderlich Securities. He received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Duke University, where he was named the P. Huber Hanes, Jr. Scholar of his business school class.

Jules Augus – Supervisory Analyst – Equity Research, Supervisory Analyst, Equity Research, Jules Augus is the Supervisory Analyst in the Equity Research department of Aegis Capital Corp. His function is to approve research reports which provide information to the public in making investment decisions. The Supervisory analyst must verify that all communications with customers and the general public are in compliance with company guidelines and security industry standards and that information presented in company reports is accurate and complete. The Supervisory analyst engages with lead research analysts and their team to improve the quality of published research. Mr. Augus has a long and varied career on Wall Street as both a generalist analyst and Research Director. He was Research Director at Stuart Coleman from 1991-1999; at Investec Ernst from 1999-2002 and at Westrock Advisors from 2008-2010. He is a graduate of the Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics.
