For this reason, in recent years the plastic materials has bigger proportion in the spare parts of the mechanical products and many countries have laid down plastic standard for the industrial departs to use.

Using the plastic to produce the spare parts of the machines will not only save the metal and lower the weight, but improve the performance of the aggregate processing plant, enhance the reliability, extend the service life and reduce the production cost of the machine.

After many years of experiments and research, it proves that the abrasion of smooth manganese steel lining board is two-fold faster than that normal rubber lining board. The abrasion of the rubber lining board with muscle only occurs on the top of the muscles, and the part between the muscles is not abraded. As for the smooth rubber lining board and the rubber lining board with muscles, the abrasion amount of the rubber in the unit time is the same. For this reason, the consumption amount of the rubber lining board with muscles by every ton of materials is only one third of the smooth lining board. The abrasion of the rubber varies along with the size and the speed of the machine and the hardness of the materials.

When replacing the steel lining board with the rubber lining board, the wood or steel materials cannot be used for filling the gap. Since the rubber plate is inflammable, the installation work of the lining plate should be done in a fire-proof condition. What should paid attention be to be that the grinding capacity of the grinding mill using the rubber lining board is not undermined, but increased by 10-15%. This is because 5% of the power of the grinding mill using steel lining board is consumed by the carcass, but as for the grinding mill using the rubber lining board, all of the power is used in the crushing due to the bouncing effect of the rubber.
