Our company is an end-to-end, customer oriented company that is focused on providing tailor-made Central Asia travel solutions, small group tours, hotel reservations, airway tickets and falcon hunting in the Kyrgyz Republic and around the Central Asia.

The company fosters an open feedback culture. Feedback, whe-ther positive or negative, is not only desired, but also actively collected from all stakeholders (guests, customers, service provi-ders, partners, employees). Every critical feedback is analysed and responded by the quality manager and/or the management and measurements will be taken whenever possible.

Our partners actively contribute to the company‘s success. The personal exchange, whether at trade fairs, networking events, destination visits, bilateral meetings or phone calls, with local, national and international partners, is regularly maintained. From here long-lasting bonds of trust were and can be created.

Team work and cooperativeness are the key to success, as we can only achieve our goals together. Mutual appreciation and respect belong to the core values of the company, which is actively lived in the daily internal exchange. With regularly held employee events, the friendly exchange shall also be fostered aside the working day.

We carry responsibility and make a contribution to climate protec-tion. We strive to constantly reduce the usage of resources by using new technologies. Our print works are printed carbon neutrally and the paper used originates from a sustainable pro-duction (Recycling/FSC). Furthermore, the CO2 emissions of most of our city tours are compensated in collaboration with MyClimate.

We are already thinking about tomorrow, to ensure our leading position in the future. New technological opportunities combined with innovative product ideas, shall create the key to success. The adaptation to the needs of the various core markets and the early recognition of trends shall help to keep up with the times.
