Psychic Medium Or Spiritual Medium - Is There a Difference?

People generally tend to believe that once they are gifted with clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc. they can be known as a spiritual medium, a psychic medium and psychic. However, these gifts are only "tools" or methods which can be utilized for doing the work of a psychic, or medium.   Quite similar to the tools of a carpenter, who uses tools like chisel, saw, plane and a hammer, one may have the essential tools, but one does not really become a carpenter, simply because he has the tools. Having these "tools" of clairvoyance etc. will not necessarily make one a psychic medium, psychic or a spiritual medium.
