On days you don’t want to make an elaborate meal, this delicious recipe could be a saviour. Total Time: 25m Preparation Time: 10m Calories: 350 Servings: 2 Ingredients for Kathi Kebab Roll: Mutton - 300 gm Butter - 4 tsp Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Handful sliced coriander leaves - One Chaat masala powder - 1/4 tsp Parathas - Two Salt as needed Sliced onion - One Chopped green chilli - One Green papaya - 1 tsp For Marination: Ginger paste - 1 tsp Curd (yoghurt) - 100 gm Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Refined oil - 2 tsp Garlic paste - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 2 pinches Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Well chopped green chilli - One How to prepare Kathi Kebab Roll: Step 1) Take boneless mutton slices into a vessel. Have all the marinade ingredients & rub properly. Allow the mutton to marinate whole night in the fridge so that the masalas are properly absorbed by the meat. Have one tsp of raw papaya into this meat. It would help the mutton in cooking faster. Step 2) Then, heat the butter into a deep-bottom vessel. Once it is hot enough, have the mutton pieces into it. Sprinkle salt as needed and cook over the moderate flame. Keep the mutton closed so that it cooks into its own juices. Step 3) When the mutton is half done and in case it turns out too dry, pours a little water & cook further. Check by breaking the mutton slices with a fork. If it breaks simply, it is done. Remove from the fire & place aside. Step 4) Then, take a slight butter & cook the parathas on each side until they are crisp but not so brittle. Step 5) Then, add the made filling, roll & wrap in a butter paper. Have it hot with the coriander chutney.
