  • Raj Ghat: The place where memorial of Mahatma Gandhi is situated is Raj Ghat. You will see it is the same place where Gandhi lived after independence before his death. It shows the place where Gandhi was living and his things are kept intact in the same way he left it. You can see paintings, and other things that are associated with him.

  • Parliament house: The place that is the resident to our President is Parliament house or Rashtrapati Bhawan. It has 304 rooms and the whole place is divided into 3 sections. The first section is of Main building and Central lawn, second is Museum complex and third is of splendid Mughal gardens.

  • Lotus Temple: This temple is named as lotus temple because it has 27 marble petals that cluster all together and form the shape of lotus. The best part about this temple is that it considers all religions are one. Everyone is allowed in the temple, there is no specific scriptures or prayers. You can enjoy musical prayers too. Their is marble flooring and it is known for spreading peace, harmony, truth, affection and courage.

  • India Gate: India gate is the memorial of Indian soldiers who participated in the World War 1 for Britishers. Their names are engraved on the monument and Amar Jawan Jyoti is lit every time for them. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and you can enjoy here with your friends and family.

Jaipur

  • Amber Fort: Amber Fort is located on the top of Aravalli hills and made from pink and yellow sandstones. It gives an amazing view and is a picturesque location. There is this amazing thing which you can see that it the underground pathway for emergency exits.

  • Jal Mahal: In the middle of the lake this palace is situated which is also known as the Water palace. This famous tourists place was once the shooting place for kings. It shows the blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture and has a mesmerising view. You cannot enter this palace but view if from distance.

  • Hawa Mahal: The main buildings of the city is Hawa Mahal that was made by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. This place has numerous windows which keeps the palace cool during summer. It was built for the ladies of the Royal house for seeing the festivities. It is made from pink and red sandstones and shows Rajput architecture. It has a small musuem and from the top of the palace you can view the city.

  • Jantar Mantar: All the astronomy lovers must visit the largest astronomical observatory in the world. It is built in such an intelligent way that the position of the heavenly bodies can be observed through naked eyes. It is also one of the UNESCO world heritage sites. There are many other amazing things about this observatory which you can see when you'll visit this place.

  • City Palace: One of the main attractions of the city is this palace which was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. It shows the mixture of Rajput as well as Mughal architecture. You can see very detailed work which makes this place even more attractive. It has 3 gates out of which 2 of them are open for public and surrounded by lush green gardens.

Agra

  • Taj Mahal: If you're visiting Agra then it's a must thing to visit Taj Mahal because without that your trip would be incomplete. Also known as the symbol of love, this Mahal is built by Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal where she was later cremated. This monument is a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the seven wonders of the world. It is made of white marble and has detailed architecture.

  • Fatehpur Sikri: Another world heritage site and a famous tourist attraction, Fatehpur Sikri fort is made of red sandstone. It was built by Akbar and shows architecture blend of many cultures and religious beliefs. This place shows Indo-Islamic blend of architecture and a beautiful masterpiece.

  • Agra Fort: Agra fort is a massive fort situated on the right bank of the Yamuna river. It is called the walled city because of its massive size. It is made from red sandstone and one of the most unique monuments of the Mughal architecture.

  • Itimad-ud-Daulah tomb: Also referred as baby taj this tomb is a mausoleum which looks somewhat like Taj Mahal. This tomb is the first one made entirely from marble. Not just this but also the first one to use pietra dura. This tomb shows the excellent Indo-islamic architecture and looks splendid.
