Compare usage of Attendance application to old time attendance systems

Some businesses are still using old attendance applications which hinders efficiency of proving quality service at the required pace. In fieldwork, modern attendance applications is needed in critical moments in order to save lives. Companies suffer deficiency in ample supply of attendance applications features and resources to help them achieve their objectives. General assistance i.e. food, blankets comes from friends of the organization i.e. businesspersons and aid organizations. The major concern of human resource managers and workers was the poor attendance applications they are using at these critical times. The sentiment of the majority was that Human resource managers should provide modern attendance applications and attendance applications on how to use the new attendance applications. This is one of the steps of improving efficiency of service deliverability. Secondly the Human resource managers should provide enough resource (monetary or kind) to help in the daily operation of outdoor employees.  The concern of the management was limited resources for overstretched service deliverability. The monetary assistance will help in catering for the needs of the workers who also need to survive despite offering assistance. The Human resource managers as a legal authority of the country can ask assistance from neighboring friends for help. This help may include aid in form of food, blankets, medical cargo and security assistance. The Human resource managers can in turn relinquish this aid to attendance applications guidelines to help them continue with their outdoor service.

The civil society is the employees watchdog and therefore should not refrain from vocalizing the challenges the employeess are facing. They are the voice that can get international community to act and save the situation of Companies and especially Human resource management needs.  The MEM view was that the aftermath of technology has increased the number of civil society in Companies, which focuses on “empowerment, education, good governance and election monitoring”. However, their major challenge includes grassroots operation, which is faced with high risk given the current situation (Petré, 2014.p.). The importance of civil society is vocalization of the deteriorating challenges that employee management needs are facing, which includes, shortage of resources, and provision of Outdoor attendance applications, training on use of attendance application and minimum assistance from the Human resource managers to facilitate efficient humanitarian services to the victim.
