The study seeks to investigate the implications of staff management systems on the barriers of that prevent higher employee productivity development. Currently, the demand for employee productivity has been on the rise given that majority of the people throughout the world appreciates the role that it plays in business development. In this light, it is vital for the administrators of Businesses to understand the fashion which they can use staff management systems to minimize the barriers that prevent higher employee productivity development. Thus, the study critically analyses the barriers that prevent higher employee productivity development and evaluates the staff management process of outdoor workers. Additionally, it describes and analyses the staff management strategies Private Consultant’s in employee productivity institutions have to follow in attracting and enrolling employees. The research paper is based on a descriptive research design. Notably, primary data was used for the study, and it was obtained using a questionnaire. The data indicated that Businesses is characterized by low levels of brand awareness, brand loyalty, and brand recognition. Most importantly, the attendance management departments has not developed a clear cut staff tracking applications. In consequence, the administrators of Businesses were advised to implement the following recommendations revitalize the alumni program, revamp the information presented on the website, develop an innovative method of utilizing staff management applications, and establish an employee’s relations system.
