MumyBuzz don't want your blood pressure

MumyBuzz to 7 so 12 noon to 7 p.m. I'll eat within those times and when I get the first no I'll eat the first meal which is like eggs and avocado whatever in a protein shake in the morning and by the time it comes around like 5 or 6 o'clock I'm not completely hungry but I'll still have dinner so therefore I don't consume that many calories in a day so therefore that's why I still was able to lose a few pounds even though I was in strictly on keto anymore if that answers your question so I did get asked this question so this question was what are your goals for 2019 so I haven't really sat down I know this sounds crazy being that I'm recording this on January 4th so I haven't really sat down and created like a goal you know like a real real goal I almost feel like people get so confused with the New Year's resolution they almost think that it's Lent it's not went dude you're not gonna just say I'm gonna stop doing this for now it's something you actually want to keep a commitment to I want to actually keep keto as my lifestyle like I like that so that's what I kind of do now so I'm not on keto I eat fries I had a fish filet filet a fish whatever you call it at McDonald's the other day like I still eat stuff like that it's just a thing about it it's like what I and because I do that I don't consume enough calories in a day so therefore that's another factor on what turns out when that's causing me to lose like an extra bit of weight so basically I'll eat from like 12 said keto from me is more of a lifestyle this is something I want to continue to do and kind of continue to maintain my weight and stuff so I kind of feel like doing the key to lifestyle mixing with the fasting and kind of doing my own modified thing has been working for me I've been consistent for the last six months so that's one good thing so in 2019 I just want to focus on really working out like actually getting a person a trainer getting some muscles I really want to see if I can get like not a super athletic build but just kind of a more you know structured muscular build you know athletic vibe you know kind of look you know just hooked on me up a lot I'm not the type to Gillig lipo my arms I kind of feel like that's kind of weird so I'm really trying to work on my arms and stuff like that and you know just kind of being you know just really physical this year and stuff like that as far as my weight loss hopefully I can maintain the weight loss that's one of the major things I get fearful about and that's exactly why I did not want to introduce there to tell you guys I was on it because I don't want to fail you guys I don't want to be kind of like this poster child which I'm not but you know I'm saying I don't want to be someone that was you know an advocate about the keto diet and then end up like a year later back to where I was in the beginning because I completely was a failure to myself and filler to you guys so it's something this this entire thing this entire motivation from you guys the inspiration you know you guys keep pushing me and stuff like that you know encouraging me has definitely helped me stay on track so hopefully in 2019 I can stay on track and yeah so that's basically my 2019 goes as far as weight loss and stuff like that as far as you know hustle hustle I'm gonna still keep it pop for 2019 you know I'm definitely trying to get to 500,000 subscribers on here and deftly try to get with to a 100k on Instagram so I'll definitely drop those  ....
