During the construction of asphalt pavement from left to right, splints should be added to the left aggregate spreader to prevent the spattering of diamond sand, and the same method should be used on the left side when the last one is constructed; while spraying the middle one, the spraying width of the right binder should be more than that of the diamond sand.
When there is accumulation, scraping should be done to prevent stripping, speckles and flooding caused by uneven spraying of asphalt binder. When oil strips are found, the nozzle and gate should be closed in time to check whether the pressure of the nozzle meets the requirements and whether the gate is blocked by large grains of stone; when oil spills are found, the insert material should be added at the spill point.

Through the practice of the experimental section, the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement with asphalt sprayer can eliminate the early disease of asphalt pavement and prolong the service life of asphalt pavement, which has a high cost performance ratio and wide application prospects.
In the future, in order to improve the quality of products, more use results need further examination in practice. The development of more efficient asphalt sprayers is the direction for future research.
