According to Ayurvedic text Fundamentals of Ayurveda are based in the five elements (mahabhutas) of which are perceived by our senses and the building blocks of all existence (organic and inorganic). The human body is manifested by five elements (mahabhutas) and they are Akasha (ether), Vayu (air), Tejas (fire), Jala (water) and Prithvi (earth).

Panchakarma Detox is the way towards healthy life, vigorous body and mind.  It is believed that Panchakarma Treatment has its approach and its foundations simplified with direction and education. Ayurvedic experts, instructors and practitioners who live and practice panchakarma (meaning "five steps") treatments are all well-equipped to detoxify the body, strengthen the immune system and balance the dosha (forces which governs one's physiology).

Ayurveda Detox comprises of massage, light eating or fasting, colon cleanse, inhalation treatment, aromatherapy, vaporized sauna (detoxification), shirodhara (head flow oil therapy), skin brushing (lymphatic stimulation) and above all personally prepared treatment programs depending on the needs of the patients.

During the process of diagnosis, the client is assigned to one of the tridosha (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), each of which is composed of two mahabhutas (five elements) as defined by his or her biochemistry, physiology and the undesirable symptoms they experience and have come to alter his or her health and balance.

The main reason the panchakarma includes Massage Geneva is because it is performed in such specific steps to ensure this life-altering event is maximized. Most clients go through a broad range of emotions from sadness to euphoria during a panchakarma treatment. The most enjoyable treatments are the skin brushing, the massage therapy, the shirodhara, and the body work.

Many people have benefited from the knowledge of Ayurveda detox through the anatomy by having their bodies repositioned following years of pain and scarring. Many of them having experienced decades of chronic pain are offered comfort and form which are at top of the list of fitness options and activities they perform comfortably.
