Piano Common Mistakes

Playing piano is not an easy task as it requires great effort, a lot of time, continuous commitment, and a passion to learn it. Almost every one desires to learn it due to the sound it creates. Many people are also keen to learn it because it gives something like proud to them and a way to be prominent among people, especially girls. On the other hand a lot of people are interested to learn it as it can give them a way to earn handsome money through concerts, entry in musical bands, and many other things like that. So, all these things are good, but the important thing is that you must be very much aware with some important requirements to learn piano. 

Normally every one make mistakes when he/she starts learning to play piano. Mistakes are part of learning process so don't be impatient. Practice makes perfect so just relax, don't lose hope so early, and continue your learning process with commitment and practice. There are some most common mistakes that most of the players make at the beginning of their learning process, and these are explained as follows:

CORRECT POSTURE:

Correct posture is very important in the piano learning process. We all know that we have to sit in front of piano, though you can stand in front of it, but that would make you tired after some time. So, it's better to sit while playing it. Besides sitting in front of it, keep your back straight, and leave your hands in a relaxed position while playing it. Also keep your fingers in a rounded or curled position when playing it just like you are typing on a keyboard.

PLAYING PIANO WITHOUT A Metronome:

Metronome helps to set the sound at a constant rate.  Many piano learners especially beginners don't know how to use it so they just leave it. This is one of the most common mistakes that users normally make. So, make sure to use it.

BUYING A TOO CHEAP PIANO:

Do not buy a piano which is too cheap and of low quality. You should buy one which has a good sound quality, excellent features, and available in an affordable price. Most importantly, always get your piano checked by a piano technician.

USING A TRADITIONAL PIANO TEACHER:

Taking help from a traditional piano teacher is not enough. Nowadays a lot of online stuff is available which provides you with great help to learn piano through articles, blogs, online tutorials, and many more things. You cannot afford fee of a piano teacher on a daily basis, so don’t only rely on him, also use these sources to learn it quickly.
