Every country has its own tradition to follow. The era has changed wherein we can see women wearing suits or at least trousers with shirts. They wear them because they are comfortable with it. Wearing long Kurtis at the workplace does not obstruct office rules. If we will go deep in our traditions long Kurtis are widely used as formal wears by females. Wearing suits/shirts do not mandate that you are a professional rather your work profile commitments do.

You all might have experienced about females that if they are not comfortable with suits or shirts, they prefer to wear long Kurtis. They try to avoid wear salwar suits at the workplace and prefer to wear long Kurtis instead. I think Kurtis are formals if we match up it with our culture.

Now coming on the point of tradition. We are rich at our cultures and most importantly we value our traditions. It’s not a shame for us when we follow our traditions. Every country proudly does it. Many countries like China do not compromise on the language they speak too.

Concluding wearing your dress which makes you comfortable should be the most important factor. Many IT companies or tech giants like Google follow open culture in their organization. Reason being they know that Work is most important rather than compelling rules. Compelling rules sometimes hampers work efficiency.

So, proudly wear designer long Kurtis at your workplace and just be best at your job profile. It doesn’t matter what you wear, the most important thing is to be best for what you have been hired in the organization.
