This statement from the Pakistani army came after India submitted a dossier to Pakistan on Pulwama attack. Earlier, Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi had said that Jaish chief Masood Azhar was in his own country.
Pakistani military spokesman Major General Asif Ghafoor has said that the JeM’s claim of responsibility for the Pulwama attack had not been made from inside Pakistan. He further said, "Jash-e-Mohammad does not exist in Pakistan. He is banned by both Pakistan and United Nations. Secondly, we are not taking any action after anybody's pressure. '
Major General Asif Gafoor, Pakistan Army spokesman, acknowledged that both the countries had reached the pinnacle of war. He said that when India encroached Pakistan's air force, Pakistan responded.
