NOTE: it is not possible to buy real estate property in Belgium.

CRITERIA FOR APPLYING PERMANENT RESIDENCY & CITIZENSHIP:

The investor and family members will be able to apply for Permanent Residency in Belgium after 5 years.

Investor with his/ her family can also apply for citizenship (if want) after five years. Only one has to prove the strong ties with Belgium irrespective of his/her stay in Belgium.
