Requirements For LED Display Screen In Stadium

1. Installation position and number of display screen
(1)Except for special circumstances, more than 95% of the audience with formal fixed seats in the venue should meet the maximum visual distance requirement.

(2)Athletes, coaches and referees (except those scoring referees in diving competitions) can easily and clearly see the content displayed on the screen.

2. Reliability
The reliability of the display screen of stadiums and gymnasiums should meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.10.

3. safety
(1) The safety requirements of the display screen of stadiums and gymnasiums should meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.4.

(2) The display screen in the stadium should be powered separately and meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.8. The acceptance of cable line construction for display screen of stadiums and gymnasiums should meet the requirements of GB50168 and GB50171. The quality of the project shall meet the requirements of GB50303.

(3) Components containing polymer materials (including: LED module shell, LED module filler, PCB board, power cord sheath, etc.) in the display screen of stadiums and gymnasiums should be flame retardant materials.

(4) The soccer LED display of the stadium should have smoke sense, lightning protection, automatic fire alarm and automatic screen closing function. The distribution cabinet should have overload protection function, leakage protection function and step-by-step power-on function.

4. Maximum Visual Distance and Character Height

(2)Each character of the display screen of the swimming pool and diving pool with independent building structure is at least higher than 0.2m, and each character of the display screen of the swimming pool with integrated building structure is at least higher than 0.28m.

5. Optical properties
(1) Perspective
The horizontal viewing angle of the display screen of the stadium is not less than 1500, the vertical viewing angle is not less than 100, and the lower viewing angle is not less than 200.

(2)The brightness should be in accordance with Table 1 and can be adjusted.

(3) Contrast
When the background illumination is less than 20lx, the contrast of the display screen should reach 100e1.

(4) White-field chromaticity coordinates
White field color coordinates can be adjusted within 5000K-9500K according to the use environment. According to CIE1931 color system, the allowance is x= 0.030, y= 0.030.

(5) Brightness uniformity
The non-uniformity of the display screen of the stadium should be less than 10%.

6. Display Control
(1) It can display the rolling time of the match in real time.

(2) The results of the competition can be displayed by scrolling.

(3) Pages can be turned to show the results of the competition.

(4) The text content displayed can be switched automatically and manually.

(5) For display screens with graphics and video display functions, text and pictures, animation, live images should be able to switch automatically and manually with each other.

7.Interface
(1) Network Interface
It should have IEEE802.3 Ethernet interface.

(2) Data interface
It should have the ability to assemble multiple data interfaces, including standard RS-232 serial interface. It should be able to connect with the time scoring system on the competition site and receive data.

(3) Video interface
For the display screen with graphic and video display functions, it should have a video interface, which can receive video signals of various formats.

8. Electrical Performance
(1) Frequency of frame change
The frame change frequency of LED video display should be no less than 60 frames/S.

(2) refresh frequency
The refresh frequency of picture and text display screen for stadiums and gymnasiums should be no less than 60 Hz, and the refresh frequency of full color video display screen should be no less than 240 Hz.

(3) Pixel out of control rate
The out-of-control rate of gymnasium display screen should be no more than three-thousandths, and the out-of-control rate of gymnasium display screen should be no more than two-thousandths and distributed discretely.

(4) Gray scale
The display screen for displaying video pictures should have 256 levels (8-bit) gray processing capability for each primary color.

(5) Video display resolution
To ensure the video display effect of the display screen, the minimum resolution of the display screen is 320 (W) X240 (H).

9. Display Characters on Flat Display Screen
(1) Comprehensive Stadium
A. The comprehensive gymnasium display screen for scoring events (gymnastics, martial arts routines, figure skating, etc.) can display at least 12 lines of 16 dot matrix Chinese characters with a line spacing not less than 1/10 of the characters, and each line can display at least 27 Chinese characters.
B. The display screen of the comprehensive gymnasium, which is dominated by ball games, can display at least 8 lines of 16 dot matrix Chinese characters with a row spacing not less than 1/10 of the characters and at least 16 Chinese characters per line.

(2) Track and Field
A. The display screen can display at least 13 lines of 16 dot matrix Chinese characters, with a row spacing not less than 1/10 of the characters, and at least 26 Chinese characters per line.
B. Each character has flickering function.

(3) Swimming pool
A. The display screen can display at least 13 lines of 16 dot matrix Chinese characters, with a row spacing not less than 1/10 of the characters, and at least 25 Chinese characters per line.

(4) Diving Hall
The display screen can display at least 12 lines of 16 dot matrix Chinese characters, with a row spacing not less than 1/10 of the characters, and at least 13 Chinese characters per line.

(5) Other venues
It can be implemented with reference to the above requirements.

(6)The display characters of the display screen with other installation structures may be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer in accordance with the contract according to its function and actual use.

11. Appearance and Structure
(1) The appearance of the display screen of the stadium should meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.3.2.

(2) The protective level of the display screen shell of the stadium should meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.3.3.

(3) The relative deviation of the center distance of the pixels on the display screen of the stadium should meet the requirement of 5.3.4 in SJ/T11141-2003.

(4) The flatness of the display screen of the stadium should meet the requirement of 5.3.5 of SJ/T11141-2003.

12. Anti-corrosion
The anti-corrosion measures should be taken for the display screen of the gymnasium in the corroded environment.

13. EMC
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is an important parameter affecting the normal operation of equipment in sports venues with a variety of electronic devices. The electromagnetic emission of the display should meet the requirements of EN55103-1 and the immunity should meet the requirements of EN55103-2.

14. Environmental adaptability
The environmental adaptability of gymnasium display screen should meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.9.
