The depth of lore

We all know the Disney virtually wiped out your entirety with the Expanded Universe lore for Star Wars, but we have now seen bits and pieces in the former lore creep back in to the storylines. You all heard that Grand Admiral Thrawn is canon again, right? And with SWTOR Credits being previously set 1000s of years before any from the movie stories, there's no real reason that it might’t slide straight into current canon.
Even if SWTOR never becomes canon, there exists already an enormous chunk of lore for doing this to pull from as well as a depth in the own storylines. When I began writing the Hyperspace Beacon, many in the articles focused about the lead-up towards the Star Wars the Old Republic Credits timeline. It took many articles, however that still wasn’t enough to pay everything. I still felt that I grossly simplified the hundreds of a lot of history and decades of storytelling that SWTOR was built on.
The Old Republic stories are excellent, and currently, SWTOR could be the only licensed product that remains building on that history. I wish to witness its continued growth.
