What does wave soldering do?

Wave soldering is an automatic welding equipment developping on the basis of immersion welding machine. The main difference between them lies in the electronic manufacturing kit of the solder bath of the equipment. Wave Soldering is used in the manufacture of electronic products. It uses mechanical or electromagnetic centrifugal pump in solder tank to press molten solder to nozzle to form a steady upward spray solder wave, and continuously spills the printed circuit board with components from nozzle to complete soldering by forming wet solder joints on the welding surface through solder wave in a straight plane motion. At present, the dual-wave system widely used in the market can produce two waves: turbulent wave and smooth (or laminar wave). The principle of double-wave soldering and the structure of wave soldering: SMT wave soldering machine is mainly composed of conveyor belt, flux adding area, preheating area and tin furnace. The main purpose of the conveyor belt is to send the circuit floor into the wave soldering machine, going through the flux addition zone, the preheating zone, tin furnace and so on. The flux adding area is mainly consisted by the infrared sensors and nozzles. Infrared sensors are used to sense whether there is a circuit board in, and if there is a sensor, the width of the circuit board will be measured. The function of flux is to form a protective film on the welding surface of the circuit bottom. The preheating zone provides sufficient temperature to form good solder joints. Infrared heating can uniformly heat the circuit floor. As wave soldering machine suppliers, we are willing to work hand in hand with you to create brilliance!
