At the same time, the upward jet force of turbulent wave makes flux gas eliminated smoothly, which greatly reduces the defects of welding leakage and insufficient vertical filling. 5. The second wave peak of the breadboard The second wave peak is a slower "smooth" solder flow, which can effectively remove excessive solder on the terminals, making all welded surfaces wet well, and making full revision to the punching and bridging caused by the first wave peak. 6. Circuit Board Enters the stage of cooling The cooling system makes the temperature of PCB drop sharply, which can obviously improve the problems of void and pad peeling during lead-free solder eutectic production.
