Gratitude: smile, the universe is filming you! We are always worried about wanting more and more and we do not realize the small gifts that life gives us every day. Those who do not love themselves do not take care of themselves. Loving oneself is the basis for achieving a full, happy life and taking care of oneself naturally. If we do not identify our instrument of life as the most important thing for us, we will never be able to treat it well and invest our time to take good care of it.
