Here following, are few proposed actions have been listed for Improving Curriculum and Instructional Processes focusing both into Engineering and Management courses:

  • All instructional processes must be designed in order to provide flexibility and allow Self- pacing.
  • Innovative approaches in the design of curriculums can be used to provide enrichment experiences to students.
  • Apart from the proper syllabus, tracks should be moved towards subject related to humanities & social sciences, management, professional ethics & values, environmental engineering, sustainable development, engineering and project management needs to be included.
  • Emphasis on soft Skills such as communication, creativity, leadership, working in Teams, Interpersonal skills, lifelong learning must find a place in the educational programme or modules of various courses.
  • Industry involvement needs to ensure an educational programme design process to make it applicable & suitable for the requirement of the Global Market. Also to uphill and enhance the employability of the degree holders.
