Do you know what a Cool Insulation removal vacuums are? Do you know how it works as well as the different types of vacuum pumps that exist? Do you know its uses and applications?

What is a Cool Insulation removal vacuums?

Vacuum pumps are those devices that are responsible for extracting gas molecules from a sealed volume, forming a partial vacuum. They also come to extract unwanted substances in the product, system or process.

What is the operation of a CoolVac Electric Insulation Removal Vacuums pump?

The operation is defined by the pumping speed and the amount of gas evacuated by a unit of time of the vacuum pump.

Two essential characteristics of vacuum pumps are:

  • The limiting pressure also called minimum inlet pressure.
  •   The time necessary to achieve this pressure.

Both factors do not necessarily depend on the type of pump but on the container to be evacuated.

We offer high quality of Insulation removal vacuum bags. We are one of the leading companies in the market of dosing pumps, vacuum pumps, and pumps.

We have managed to occupy this position. Thanks to the quality of our products, the state-of-the-art technology used in the manufacture thereof, the personalized attention and the advice and after-sales service.

Insulation removal vacuum for sale:

Among the range of our products, it offers the following vacuum pumps, which are:

The two-stage high vacuum pump:

Its state-of-the-art design and the modern technology used in its manufacture allow obtaining a high-quality product with which high levels of vacuum and reduced evacuation times are achieved. Compact pumps for vacuum, two-stage oil-bath rotary vanes, designed and developed specifically for blowing and removal of insulation.

Characteristics of the two-stage high vacuum pump:

- Blocking valve: It allows isolating the pump from the system in which vacuum is being produced.

- Capacity for several refrigerants: The DVR series can be used with the traditional gases R-12, R-22, R-500, and R-502, as well as with the R-134a system and other new generation gases.

Anatomic transport handle: an ergonomically designed handle for a secure grip during transport, which also acts as a gas leak.

Gas Ballast: Allows the introduction of a small amount of atmospheric air into the pump, preventing the condensation of moisture and helping to prolong the useful life of the oil. In turn, the above improves the efficiency of pumping.

- High final vacuum: Due to its two-stage design it is possible to obtain a very high vacuum quality, ensuring the elimination of moisture, while the high pumping capacity reduces the evacuation time.

- The electric motor (110/220 V 50/60 Hz): The motors are designed for variable voltages and working frequencies.

- Start by the capacitor and built-in thermal protector.

- ON-OFF switch: This switch allows the start-up and stopping of the connection to the mains supply to be independent. It also has a practical and safe voltage selector switch and a connector suitable to receive any standardized cable.

About us:- Minimum space occupied: Thanks to its monoblock design with the drive motor, to the replacement of the second stage by a simple flapper-type expulsion valve, and to the application of the latest generation axial seals. The vacuum pumps require minimal maintenance, only feed water.
