Our company has developed a new type of compact plate heat exchanger, including a heat exchange plate which forms a first fluid channel and a second fluid channel. The number of heat exchangers is at least three. The heat exchange plate is encased with a shell whose two ends are respectively provided with a first fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet, a second fluid inlet and a second fluid outlet.It is characterized in that the heat exchange plate is pressed with a strip groove, the section of the strip groove is ladder type, and the longitudinal axis of the strip groove is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the heat exchange plate.Compared with the existing technology, the utility model has the following advantages: a strip groove is pressed on the heat exchanger plate, the cross section of the strip groove is a ladder type, a variable cross section channel is formed, a variable cross section channel is used as a fluid channel, the flow resistance is small, the fluid flow rate is large and it increases the turbulence of the fluid in the passage. According to claim 1, the new compact plate heat exchanger is characterized in that the heat exchange plate is made of metal materials with high thermal conductivity. 3. According to claim 2, the new compact plate heat exchanger is characterized in that the metal material is with high thermal conductivity such as stainless steel, copper or aluminum.
