PREPARATION OF CORE DRILLING RIG BEFORE OPERATION

Before starting the core drilling rig, the following preparations must be made to ensure the smooth progress of the construction:

1. Construction site detection: use detection instruments to find out the direction, buried depth and nature of the original underground pipe network, and mark it; Then verify it by means of municipal archives and manual on-site investigation.

2. Check the hydraulic oil tank. Oil level the should not be less than 1 / 2 of the oil standard. Fill sufficient lubricating oil or grease according to the requirements of lubricating parts of the core drilling rig.

3. Do a good job of diesel engine maintenance with regular replacement of three filters and oil. Diesel engine water radiator needs adding antifreeze and regular replacement. Before starting up, check whether the diesel oil is full, whether the antifreeze is sufficient, whether the oil level is normal, and whether the battery electrolyte is sufficient. Confirm that the throttle of the diesel engine is at idle speed.

4. Check whether the valve handles and all electric control switches of the hydraulic system are in the neutral position and whether the mud pump handles are in the neutral position.

5. Confirm the normal operation of the guide instrument, sufficient battery power of instrument and probe and accuracy of positioning and orientation information (vertex angle and tilt angle).

Before guiding construction, pay attention to the following tips:

1. First, pay attention to the accuracy of the probe work.
2. Investigation along the drilling route.
It is of great help to the construction that the probe is not installed and only the receiver is used to check the environmental interference along the drilling route.
