It’s going to be difficult to control obesity and depression in kids, so, physical activity is the most important thing for kids in this condition. Due to tough routine, if kids can’t schedule at home due to busy routine or finding management issue, they could join kids exercise classes.  Parents should maintain their child schedule for exercise on a daily base. Most people raised the question, how physical activity is important? physical activity is best for both mental and physical conditions.

Advantage Of Physical Activities:

Due to regular exercise, there will lessen chances of heart arrest and heart attack.  According to some report, a heart attack is increasing frequently due to the increased level of cholesterol in kids.  Lack of physical activity is a major cause of increasing cholesterol. Exercise also leads to lessening of hypertension.

Kids are suffering from depression and anxiety today. Physical activity is the best thing to reduce depression. How did it happen?  Basically, exercise controls negative thoughts and divert the mind from negative and worrying things. Physical exercise gives the opportunity to interact with other people.  It also reduces negative mood and make better which ultimately leads towards good sleep.

30 Minutes Intensity Is More Than Enough:

There is always a question raised that what should be the average intensity of exercise in kids. According to study and research, 30 minutes of exercise is sufficient for kids’ maintenance and to reduce risks symptoms.

Mental fitness is the most important thing. You can never be physically fit without mental fitness and vice versa. As children are in growing, mental healthiness is major factor theme. There are certain benefits of being mentally healthy.
