Out for delivery

Failed delivery
  • Your address is nor correct
  • The recipient is not at home to pick up
  • The delivery man can't contact with the recipient successfully
  • The address is too remote to deliver
  • The recipient request to deliver at another time
For example, Barcode label unreadable and replaced; Delivery exception, Unable to deliver; Fail to deliver.
Delivered
  • The parcel was delivered to the recipient
  • The recipient has picked up his package
Exception
  • The recipient refused to pick up the parcel
  • The address is incorrect or invalid
  • The package was destroyed or missed when in transit
  • The package was detained by the customs
For example, Returned to Sender; The shipment item will be returned.
Expired
  • The carrier forgot to get the info from the sender
  • The carrier has not picked up the package for a long time
  • The carrier won't export the tracking info in some transportation phase
How to track if I have no tracking number?
