Enter the first letter of the username instead of typing the full name.
This action will prompt the drop-down list from which you need to select a username.
After that, you need to hit the delete option.
Click Confirm to delete the username.
Navigate to the internet option and then click the General tab.
Make your way to the browsing history and locate the delete option.
Also, uncheck the following option:
Preserve favorite website data.
Temporary internet files.
You can also get rid of the options like history, password, and temporary files.
Try login on your SBCGlobal account again and see if the instruction works again.
