Paneer is one such thing that is loved by everyone, especially the vegetarians. I, being a vegetarian, Paneer is bae for me. Oh! Not only me but I think for all the vegetarians. In fact, we vegetarians can have paneer for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even desserts. Oh, yes yes! If you aren’t aware, then, I must give you this piece of information. You can make sweets like Rasgullas, Sandesh, Paneer Jalebi, etc. and what not!

Oh, yes that protein-packed ingredient, that has got no aging or culturing. Also, it is very easy to make Paneer at home. Starting from up in the North towards down in the South, Paneer is loved by everyone and especially the Punjabis. Paneer can be used in many ways and so, let’s have a look at some of the ways to incorporate Paneer in your daily routine.

Kebabs are love for many people, yes, of course, I am talking about the non-veg Kebabs, but veg Kebabs are the best especially when you use it in the crumbled form over flatbreads or sandwiches. By the way, if you guys aren’t aware, then I would like to tell that the usage of Paneer is not only limited to sabjis or starters or parathas but is also used in making sweets as well. Also, not to forget about the softer and more crumbled version of Paneer that is popularly known as Chenna in the eastern parts of India, where people use it to make the Chenna Jalebi.

Another way of using the Paneer is by incorporating it into the Samosas. Crumble the Paneer and mix it with the other ingredients and feel the taste of it when consumed the Samosa. You can also use the Paneer cubes rather than using it in the crumbled form.

Paneer also tastes best when mixed in a potato and cauliflower curry. Make the curry using potatoes and cauliflower and then add paneer to it. You will love the recipe very much as the Paneer will absorb the flavors of curry and thus, you are sure to relish it to the core. Dosas have also reached to the whole next level. Starting from the potato filling and going to the fillings like noodles, chow mein, chocolate, etc. Paneer is also now incorporated while making Dosas. Though you can include vegetables and spicy masalas along with Paneer, I will recommend to include mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilies, turmeric powder, salt. That’s it! Because, the simplicity of the dish makes the recipe taste even better.

So, that’s it from my side. But, don’t forget that there is a lot more that can be done with Paneer. Don’t wait anymore and just start making lip-smacking dishes from Paneer.
