I am not one in million, so  why is my story worth telling? Why is my story inspirational? I am self made person who started from scratch and built a name for himself in his trade. My story , my life and my experience are something anyone can relate and connect to. I don’t claim to have achieved something extraordinary, but I believe what I have learnt can be relevant to millions of ordinary Indians who want to achieve something more. The probability of becoming Kennedy or a Kalam is very slim, but with right lessons , the probability of being better than me is high.

I want everyone to read this book to aim high, have the right attitude and do reasonably well in this life. That is what this book is all about.A lot of people may have better stories than I do having more lessons to life. But it’s important to pen down these moments and learning capsules for the people to read. This book- O.P Singhania – Not One in a Million , An Autobiography by LoryPattanaik is sure to inspire someone to become a reasonably successful person. These stories and learnings are nothing new , but they nudge a person to be the best version of themselves.

“My son will become a CA,” I haven’t forgotten these words of my father . Coming from a business  man and landlord from a small village , this was an unexpected aim. But I made a promise to myself to stand by it under any circumstance.Today , with my sheer dedication I have proved to be the best CA of Chattisgarh

Rome was not built in a day and so is a dream. It takes years of silent and diligent work of multiple forces to make one’s dream come true. Each decision, every single move plays a vital role in shaping our dreams. But, what if one such decision proves to be wrong? What price do you have to pay to put your trust in a person perilous enough to harm you?

You pay the price. And, so did I.

Before starting this OP Singhaniabook, I had to think a lot about what to share and what not to share with my author. Believe me, it wasn’t an easy decision for me to narrate my life and yet conceal things to avoid ruffling feathers. That‟s just not me. But somehow my author – Mrs LoryPattanaik managed to bring outthe record packed in my memory box with complete honesty and that’s the way I played with numbers and balance sheets for my profession.

So here I am, ready to recount a number of incidents that I can remember from my career and personal life, during which I was lucky enough to be able to spend time with extraordinary people and learn the mystic mantras to success.

Every stage of life is unique. At any age and stage, there are obstacles and opportunities, trails and triumphs. Make the most of the positive opportunities overcoming the negative that brings you to a sudden halt.
